Lawrence Auriana is a well-known and respected collector of classic cars and motorcycles and the owner of a successful historic racing team, Fratelli Auriana Racing. His collection celebrates the design of the Italian Automotive Industry, his cars have won numerous awards around the world and thru the Columbus Citizens Foundation provides scholarships to needy Italian-American students.

Harry Holton is a living legend as a driver, crew chief and engine builder. His lifelong achievements and product development have led to numerous nationally written articles. He owned and operated a Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth dealership and is believed to be the first to obtain the Hemi on the West Coast.

MUSTANG CLUB OF AMERICA (MCA)
April 17-20, 2014 – Las Vegas, NV

Harold (Hal) Sperlich is one of the greatest product people ever to grace the automotive industry. It was his brilliant idea to use the Falcon platform and body parts for the Mustang. He developed the minivan concept using the Chrysler-subsidiary-built Simcar front-wheel drive and the Chrysler K-car platform. Iacocca says, “Harold was the chief architect of the two most important products in my career”.

Gale Halderman’s design not only contributed to Mustang’s success but skillfully guided the Mustang from clay-model dream to a realistic, fully producible car. He became the head of the Ford Design Studio and in 1968, head of the Lincoln-Mercury Design Studio.

John Clinard’s contribution to classic cars is both as a hobbyist and a professional, working for Ford Motor Company since his graduation from college in 1972. It was also the year he married his equally enthusiastic wife and attended a racing drivers’ school on their honeymoon. His career spans positions in marketing, product planning, motorsport and public relations.

David Gooding is the founding sponsor of Greystone Mansion Concours d’ Elegance and has spent a lifetime devoted to the hobby and industry. He has helped to raise $25 million dollars for charities through his world renowned auction house that bears his name.

Tom Meleo is a collector for 60 years, holding the office of President and serving on the National Board of Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. He assists members of all associated clubs with information and parts.

Dave Roberts has been a Chevrolet Camero enthusiast since the mid-70’s. He sold muscle car parts and restored Camaros until he started The Right Stuff Detailing. He is dedicated to always looking for his next automotive project.

July 9-12, 2014 – Auburn Hills, MI

Norm Frey at nearly 96 years young could certainly be called the most prolific Chrysler collector ever. He began collecting Chrysler’s in 1936 with a 1925 Chrysler 77 roadster. He is also the founder and first president of the WPC and remained editor of the local newsletter The Silver Dome Gazette until May, 2014.

Jim Cox, owner of Branson Auction hosts auto auctions drawing thousands of visitors and selling hundreds of classic and collector cars and trucks. His involvement with The Rotary Club supports numerous charities, Boys and Girls Town, Ronald McDonald House, YMCA + more. His local club also participates in international health initiatives, such as clean water projects.

Dean Dillion is an award winning song writer and helped launch country music legends in addition to collecting classic cars and restoring them in his own shop. He’s known in both his home state of Tennessee and adopted summer home in Colorado as a generous supporter of numerous non-profit organizations.

Al Unser Sr. is iconic in the world of auto racing, winning the Indianapolis 500 four times and numerous other important races, with induction to The Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. He continues to be a name associated with making racing such a popular sport.
